  1. Bradford City Council – Framework for responsive repairs (Non-Housing Stock – Public Buildings, schools, leisure etc.) SBS are ranked Number 1 on the framework so all work orders will be offered to SBS First. The framework is going well and we are comfortably managing to deal with all the orders coming through and achieving Targets and KPI’s as set by the Council, even though the busy periods caused by the UK weather trends! We will be geographically even better placed to carry out these works when we move into our new Bradford office & Yard in the summer.
  2. Sheffield City Council – Framework for responsive Roofing repairs (Flat & Pitched) on housing and non-housing stock. SBS are ranked number 1 on the flat & Pitched Roofing Lots so like Bradford, all work orders will be offered to SBS First. The framework is valued at approx. £1million per year and SBS are looking forward to meeting with client soon to look at budget for the new financial year and programming in all the new forthcoming schemes. The work will be Re-roofing (Pitched and flat) and associated cladding and Roofline and pointing & structural repairs also internal refurbishment including ceilings, electrical, plastering & painting and alterations.
